Alexander Elite Fashions Refund and Returns Policy
We appreciate you shopping on our site, and we want you to be happy with your purchase; therefore, we will accept returns.
All returns will be charged a 20% Restocking Charge. We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size.
If you want to return an item contact Alexander Elite Fashions by phone at 479 474-9103, within 24 hours of receipt to obtain a RM (Return Merchandise). The RMA must be included with every return to be processed.
Customers are responsible for all returned shipping charges
Items returned without contacting Alexander Elite Fashions within 24 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT be accepted for a return.
Any items Returned must include the attached original tags, hangers and packaging and must be in new, un-worn condition.
Items returned that smell of perfume, cologne, smoke, etc. will NOT be accepted for a return.
Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned for hygiene concerns.
Once your return is received, we will immediately process your refund. Please allow one billing cycle on your credit card to see the credit.
