Sales & Return Policies
All orders are subject to credit approval. Past-due accounts or orders exceeding credit limits may be
re-evaluated.
Photography and color samples are reproduced as accurately as printing permits and are for representation only. Actual product color may vary, and slight shade differences may occur.
Inspect and open merchandise immediately upon delivery. Vinci is not responsible for shortages or
damage reported afterward.
Cancellations must be in writing and are not effective unless accepted by Vinci.
Sales & Return Policies
A) Return Authorization Required
- No returns accepted without a Return Authorization (RA#).
- Vinci may verify issues and determine if items are returnable or non-returnable.

B) Condition & Return Window
- Only unworn, unaltered merchandise may be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
- Items must include original bags, tags, and brand labels.

C) Fees, Shipping & Processing
- $15 restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Buyer is responsible for returning shipping unless otherwise approved in writing.

D) Fabric Defect / Discoloration Claims
- Dry-cleaned/washed/altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Vinci reserves the right to inspect and make the final decision on all claims.
